A good choice for budget travelers, offering a spacious Superior Double Room and friendly staff that quickly resolved issues, like replacing a mattress on the same day. The location is central, just a ten-minute walk from the nearest station. there was no hot water, and breakfast options were quite limited, which detracted from the experience.

Great place near the park!
Had a chill stay here. The room was clean and super quiet. The staff helped with our bags after we got there early, which was awesome. Only bummer was the tiny lift. it was a tight squeeze. Breakfast was decent, but not much variety. Still, the location was a major win!

I had a lovely stay at this hotel where I enjoyed the excellent modern ensuite bathroom and was grateful they let me keep my luggage for the day after checking out. Relaxing in the cozy studio while watching a movie and sipping coffee was just what I needed. The only downside was that the window didn't shut completely, which let in some street noise, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

Couldn't recommend more for a flash stay
Great location, clean room, comfortable bed with a kettle for tea and free Wi-Fi to stay connected while it's just a 5-minute walk from the nearest station.
Everything is what I need and want.

The location served my needs when attending a conference. The room was compact and had everything I required for my two-night stay. Despite feeling a bit lifeless, the quiet atmosphere allowed for rest between sessions.
I felt exposed in the room due to the overlooking view. The shower tray did not drain well, and I had to rush through it to avoid standing water.

We had a lovely stay visiting London with our three dogs. The location was great, with easy access to local attractions, and the spacious room allowed us all to feel comfortable. One morning, we enjoyed a peaceful walk in a nearby park.
My kids wished the noise insulation was better.

The location was fantastic—just a short walk to Baker Street! the bathroom could use some maintenance, and the breakfast was lackluster.

Close proximity to Baker Street tube station serves as a great base for getting around. Spacious room layout with two single beds pushed together, providing decent sleeping arrangements despite the uneasy feeling from the bed configuration.
The noise levels from outside and neighboring rooms were noticeable, often disrupting sleep, particularly during late-night gatherings. The room itself lacked basic cleanliness, with dust left on surfaces and curtains appearing frayed and worn. The bathroom had an uninviting look, sporting an old, moldy shower that wasn't up to par. Breakfast options were limited, with cold offerings leaving much to be desired, suggesting a need for significant improvement in quality.

would definitely come back there
Had a spacious standard double room with air conditioning, hairdryer, refrigerator, and electric kettle. The private bathroom was great with body soap and shampoo. Enjoyed having a kitchenette with kitchenware and a microwave. Breakfast included nice options like sausages and scrambled eggs. Location was really convenient, close to Baker Street.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the Natural History Museum and explored Hyde Park. The staff were really nice, and we had a clean room with a fridge, which was great after a long day out. Just a heads up, make sure to check the reception hours, as they close early, which could be inconvenient if you need anything last minute.
We found it disappointing that the bathroom only had a shampoo but no shower gel, which was a letdown after a long day of sightseeing.

great location but some room for improvement
The location is excellent, making it easy to explore central attractions. I appreciated the flexibility with late check-out, a thoughtful touch after my morning activities.
The room had a few maintenance issues that required attention.
